You can easily create your own thegreatape account by creating a username and password to the site. We recommend that you use your email address as username, to make it easy to remember. If you don’t have an email address you can create your own username. Please make sure that your password is at least 6 digits.
When you log in to your account, your personal details are already stored so that you don’t have to enter them again when placing a new order. You also have access to My thegreatape, where you can get a full overview of your account, order history and personal details. Customers need to first create an account before placing an order at thegreatape.
If you forgot your password, just click the “Forgot password” link and we will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password. A forgotten username can be retrieved directly via email.
